Brave Exhibits Trade Show Display Design Process
Regardless of if you need to design and build a trade show display for a show in Denver or any other venue around the globe, our proven process has been delivering results for exhibitors for over a decade.
We take the time to research your company and its offerings and the trade shows and events you participate in. Then we review your trade show booth sizes and locations and any existing or previous exhibits you have been using. Then we do the same for your main competitors.
With this understanding, we will develop a specific Discovery Meeting plan of action and we meet with you to present our findings and dig deeper so that we understand your primary exhibiting goals and objectives and key measures of success. Upon the completion of this Discovery Meeting, we compile all this data into what we call the Discovery Agreement and send it to you for review and amendment, if necessary. With your signature on that Discovery Agreement we will complete our internal Design Kick-Off meeting with our Creative Director, Exhibit Designers, and Project Managers and begin the design process.
Once we have developed the optimal approach and the corresponding unique exhibit design that will align with your goals, we will create the engineering CADs and associated project estimates for delivering your solution.
At that point, we will meet with you again to present full color renderings of our design concept along with basic pricing estimates to confirm that we are on the right track. With your feedback we will make any necessary adjustments to the solution and finalize the design and pricing before we begin production.
Although our process is scaled based on the scope and scale of your project, the basic approach applies across the board. Whether you simply need a banner stand or a large custom island exhibit, we have found that this “dig deeper” approach consistently delivers better results for our clients.
