Philip Foust

— President & CEO

With over 26 years of experience helping exhibitors maximize their trade show results, Philip is a passionate face-to-face marketing specialist and industry thought leader. He and his teams have worked with thousands of companies, from start-ups to the Fortune 500, developing and implementing strategic trade show and event marketing solutions. Brands like Lowes, Dentsply Sirona, Lockheed Martin, Medtronic and many other recognized companies have relied on Philip and his teams over the years. He is a published contributor to numerous industry blogs and has trained thousands of exhibitors on effective trade show and event marketing strategies, for over 15 years.

Rick Klimek

— Director Of Operations

A 36-year veteran of the industry, Rick and his teams have served some of the top brands in the world. As a business owner over much of his career, he knows that results are paramount, and brings that perspective to both client relationships and Brave’s operational standards and practices. He understands that while great design and flawless site execution are important, equal focus always needs to be applied to strategic goals and bottom-line objectives. This philosophy has allowed him to deliver substantial results for companies including Ford Motor Company, AT&T, Cisco Systems, Anheuser-Busch, and Proctor & Gamble.

David Hill


David has over 40 years of experience in finance and accounting. Over his extensive career, he has held the positions of Accountant, Controller, CFO & CEO.  With his wealth of experience and knowledge, he helps create detailed & transparent accounting systems tailored to our client’s needs. His oversight also helps keep expenses under control so that we can offer cost-effective solutions for exhibitors.

Nate Nelson

— Creative Services Director

Nate is an accomplished designer with nearly 25 years in the trade show and event industries. He digs deep to create meaningful designs & experiences and is never satisfied with the status quo. He seeks strong emotional and educational connections for his clients, leveraging his extensive experience in overseeing complex physical and digital interactive experiences. His rich knowledge of materials and their application brings a unique depth to his work, while always caring deeply about the details, sustainability, and correctly conveying brand identity. Nate maintains a keen sense of his client’s entire marketing plan and landscape, and where the current project fits the strategy. This has allowed him to create captivating experiences for top brands like Polaroid, Airbus, Wilsonart, and ThyssenKrupp.

Caleb Foust

— Client Services Group Director

Caleb has been managing high volume and large exhibit asset management programs for over 6 years for companies like Lord Corp., Worx, Volvo, Apex Tools, and VF Brands. He has extensive experience running labor teams and supporting clients on the trade show floor as well.  His hands-on approach and can-do attitude make exhibiting stress free.
